• Baked Potatoes
  • 1 stick Butter/Margarine
  • 1 lb Crisp cooked bacon
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Toppings of your choice

Let baked potatoes cool only until you are able to handle them.  Slice just the side off of each.  Scoop out most of the potato with spoon or melon baller and toss it into a large bowl.  Add butter and mash potatoes.  Add bacon, cheese and any other desired topping.  Replace potato mix back into potato shells.  (Will not all fit…we use extra for our young son who won’t eat skins)  Put back in oven for about 20 minutes at 350′.
